Can my purchase be returned?

Yes! Style Lova offers return shipping labels for US customers. You may use our return label processing center, as you will be able to track your return and receive your credit in a more timely manner than returning by yourself. Return labels MUST be dated within 60 days from date of purchase.

Return shipping labels can be purchased for $7.99 which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping labels can be purchased and all returns can be submitted in our Returns Portal.

 

How to create Shipping Label.

a. Log into your Style Lova account

b. Find the order in My Orders, Click the ‘Return Item’ button.

c. Select the item(s) you would like to return, Indicate the reason and submit.

d. Print the return label and securely attach it to your return package.

 

What Items are not returnable?

The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Seasonal costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

 

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

 

Rights Reserves on Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any

time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

  • Non-Style Lova items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
